I am visiting India in November 2019 for 3 weeks. I have my current H4 visa stamp in the passport expiring in January 2020. I also have my H4 visa extension that is approved until April 2022. I would like to get my visa stamped while in India to allow me the freedom to travel outside United States. The most recent/current H4 visa stamp in my passport was done in Ottawa, Canada. Since I am applying for a extension visa in the same class with an "unexpired visa", do I qualify for an interview waiver program? The visa post I am applying is different as compared to where I applied last time.
