My husband went to China for an assignment and till now it's been a year. Now the project is finished. Since there is no extension and he has not yet got other offers from US companies, he is gonna apply for H4 to come back to reunite. Will there be any difficulties we may encounter for H4 visa? What are we supposed to prepare? TIA!
