H4 Studying 2 Year Nursing

My wife is an H4 and is currently studying in a local city college.
She is currently on a 2 year associate degree Nursing program.

If I would not rely on my company to get a green card for me (since they have been "working" my Labor cert for two years now), can she get a Working Visa if she passed NCLEX based on a 2 year degree nursing on a Local City College?

Can you tell me what course yours wife taken in college??
What is her background like previous education??How much cost for the course..Details please..

H-4 studying 2 year nursing

She might be able to apply for H-1C nonimmigrant status for nurses provided that she has passed the NCLEX examination and has obtained CGFNS certification
