H4 status when primary H1 transfers..

Hi All,
I am in my 2nd H1 and my wife has her H4 visa till 2008. Now i am planning to join another company do i need to apply for my Wife H4 along with my H1 transfer. Its seems since she has her visa till 2008 we dont need to apply for H4 is this correct?
