This is related to my Spouse H4 Extension filed last year during march 2006, received the courtesy notice around august 2006 (there was no I-94 form along the notice), it states that the original document has been sent to WEINRIB, NEIL A (representative or attorney), we never engaged this person for filing my spouse H4 Extension.
It’s clearly an INS error. we are still following up to receive the I-94 status. My H1B is ending on 05/04/2007; we need to file for the H4 extension. Without I-94, how do I proceed to file for my spouse H4 extension?.
Can i file I-102 form along with I-539 form. we have only one month time, need your suggestions please.
