I came as a student in 2001 to USA and was in school for 4 years and then on H1B since 2005 . I have not been to India for 7 years and 5 months. I am planning to go to India . I need a H1B visa stamp and I have a valid I-797 and respectable employer and all documents. Should I go to Canada or get it done in New Delhi
