I would like some advise from your expert Team on my below case
6 year H1B : Expires on 14th Dec 2012 (including all vacation days no extra days to claim)
PERM Applied : 4th May 2012
PERM Status : Audit (recd on 11th July 2012 and response filed on 01 Aug 2012)
H1B Visa Validity : 31 July 2013 ( stamped from previous employer) but my 6 year validity end 14th Dec 2012
I have following question
[1] Looking at current situation what options do you suggest to protect my H1B
[2] Do you recommend i travel to India in October 2012 for 5 weeks and come back by mid November so that we can get extra 5 weeks of stay beyond 14th Dec 2012 ( hoping LABOR may get approved by that time). Will there be any issue if we travel back with just 1 month of 1797 left before expiry?
[3] My visa is stamped from previous employer till July 2013 so do i need to go for Stamping again as I have changed my employer?
[4] Please suggest alternate options if u can
