Hi,
I have trasnfered by H1B from company A to Company B. There is an RFE with the company B application for H1B, and we have responded. There is no response yet and the case is still pending. Meanwhile I am having a good opprtunity with company C. Am I allowed to do the H1 transfer from company B to company C? As stated, I just have the petition copy and not the approval notice (797) from compay B
