Hello,
I am looking to change employer immediately after i140 approval. Which would mean that there is a chance the employer would withdraw and revoke my i140. In this case, I am already in the last year of my 6 yr H1B quota.
So if I use approved i140 of Company A to get a 3 yr validity of H1b for Company B and if Company A withdraws i140 after I leave. Will my new 3Yr H1B with Company B also be invalidated? Or does it mean I have 3 years now to get a new PERM/i140, ofcourse understand I lose my PD.
