Hi,
last week one of my friend (Canadian PR) did H1B stamping in toronto office.Two advices he gave me I like to share
(1) Book online appointment directly in website at least one month before ..don't use 1-900 number
(2) Schedule early morning 8-8:30 AM ...officers in the morning are good and co operative
