H1B stamping in Canada with Indian Bachelor's degree though have a US Masters degree

Hello,

I got my H1 approved on my Bachelors's degree which I recd from India in Mechanical Engg. I got my H1B approved before I finished my MS in US again in Mechanical Engg. Now I have my MS degree with me.

Will there be any problem in getting my H1B stamped in Canada just because I have my H1B approved on Bachelors degree?
