H1b New Application Info share

Please share your information about H1b application.

Now, in INS TSC, it shows

H1b: processing date is 09/06/2002

and if you check the BCIS case status online check,

they changed their projecting time...

"It is taking between 120 and 120 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

My RD is 12/04/2002, and I don't know how long I will wait...

My RD is 09/5/2002, I have not received my approval

Now the message has changed to 120 - 180 day.

Can Anybody let me know of of any latest H1 Approval

Are you sure your RD is Sep? it looks TSC is processing the H1b Cases on Oct. 11th. also some one in this forum said his RD is Oct 17 and Approved Date is April 14th...

maybe you should call INS center for detail..
