Error in approved I-797(h1b) - I824 reciept
Hello All,
I have been approved H1B (I 797), in the approval notice I found that DOB was printed wrong. I still went to the CP, but, I was sent back with 221g, requesting for the correction in the petition.
My H1 processing company contacted the Attorney for the getting the correction. The attorney has applied for a duplicate petition with correction using I-824 form. I have got the reciept for applying. It takes over an year for getting the duplicate petition.
I would like to know if I could go to CP using the reciept of I-824?
