H1B denied and appealed MTR

Hi All,

Its very urgent.Please respond ASAP.

Visa /I-94 was valid until 09/30/07 and applied for my first H1 extension well in advance.It was delayed and pending more than 240 days so meanwhile applied for H1B transfer to B company on premium and got query.B answerd it and was denied and appealed for MTR.

From company A also denied meanwhile.

Now I have job with govt client for 5 more years.My Q's are

1)Can I continue to work?If so How long?

2)Is there any option to apply again to get H1?Like Consular processing..etc..Pls advise

3)If law says that I should not work and If I do thenhow the INS will come to know that I'm working illegaly?

I think you cannot work. But please do consult an attorney on that. Usually they apply for H1 again after H1 has been denied. There should be something on the basis of which you can re apply..Good luck...
