The USCIS had approved the H1B/H4 extension a week before our re-entry into the US from trip to India. The POE I-94 date has the earlier H-1 date of Aug 2004 and NOT that from the newly approved H1B/H4 - Feb 2006.
Can I get a new I-94 if I travel to Canada by air/land?
Can anybody share their recent experience of visa stamping at Toronto or Vancouver.
