My H1b got picked up in lottery and case was approved filed by my current employer.
But I am yet to receive my approval notice.
As my employer terminated my employment with them now. I want to know how this effects my H1b pick.
Will I be able to go for H1b transfer with other employer ?
What are the possible ways to hold by current H1b in this case ?
