1. So does that mean , that independent of the status of H1 transfer , i can always go and work for my previous H1 employers?? Right?
2. So i just have to be added to my previous employers payroll.
My previous employer does not have to inform CIS about it. Right?

I have applied for H1 Transfer from Company A to Company B and started working with company B.
A RFE(request for further evidence) has been raised. All my paper work is complete and legal.
Just wanted to know if H1 transfer to company B gets rejected, can i start working for Company A. Do we need to inform CIS about this?
I know that Company A has not cancelled my H1.
If this question has already been answered , please give me the link to that page.
If Your transfer is rejected, you are still with company A only.
