H1 transfer question

If I transfer H1 from employer-A to employer-B, does it mean my H1 with employer-A gets invalidated automatically ? Can I work for two employers(may be part for emp-A or on leave from employer-A and full time with employer-b) ?

Can new employer file for H1 for me and H4 for my wife together ?

---------------- if employer A or B is full time then one need to amend that. ask your lawyer

----------------------- Yes ( but if your wife H4 I-94 validity is going to be same till your H1 transfer approval validity date then why to file her H4? Talk to lawyer who is going to file H1 and nothing wrong if they agree to file H4 also )
