Dear Members,
I am confused about H1 transfer, please advice me.
Currently i am on my OPT and i am doing job with company A since July. They have filed for my H1 and it might have been approved by now, I am not sure. Now, Company B wants to hire me. I understand that without H1 approval letter from company A i can not transfer my H1. My july and august pay stubs are not billed on my H1. I am still working on my OPT even if my H1 is approved. In that scenario, with 2 pay stubs and and approval letter(if i get one), would it be safe to transfer my H1b to company B?
Any help is pretty much appreciated.
