H1 Transfer and employment bonds

Hello

I have a valid H1B and am joining a new employer , who will be doing my H1 transfer . Can my old employee take any legal action on me for any empoyment bond that I have signed initially .

I heard that such bonds are not really valid legally in most states. How is it in PA ?
