H1 to H4 COS pending and H1B transfer approved before H4 approval

Hi,

I have applied for H1 to H4 COS and EAD and in process with USCIS. Meanwhile I got another job and applied for Change of Employer in premium processing. What happens if H1B is approved before H4 approval ? Do I need to withdraw H4 application ? Or Can I continue working on H1B even after H4 is approved ?

If you do intend to start working for H-1B employer after its approval, then you need to withdraw H-1B to H-4 COS application.
