H1 to H4 after 7 Years on H type visa

Hi,

My wife initially arrived in US on a H-4 visa, after three and half years, she got her H-1 document. I am already in 7th year extension period, If my wife continues to stay on H-1 until her 6 years of H is over including the H-4 status, Can she convert back to H-4 on my H-1 status.

As long as she is in status when she files COS, yes she can.
