Can anyone post their experiences with the US Consulate in Nogales?
1.) Will we get the visa on the same day?
2.) Is there any restriction to appear for the Visa, even though I have 5 more months of validity on my US visa?
4.) Will the Consulate issue visa more than 10 days prior to the H1 effective date (March 2007)? My new approval will be valid from March 2007 -- March 2008 (1 year).
