My H1 was issued Sept 08. Came to US in Oct 08 and working with employer since then. April 09: got a intent to revoke stating uscis made error before as job title doesn't qualify for h1 anymore and need more evidence about the job requirements to prove complexcity of job. employer replied with all kind of documentations... but USCIS replied with denial and states to leave US within 30 days of date of letter. The letter also tell that appeal can be made within 30 days. But the attorney says even if appeal is send, i'll still become illegal after 30 days of date of original deny letter. appeal will not buy me more time. is this true?
question 2: are there any other options for me?
question3: attorney recommends to leave country, company applies for another fresh h1 with new job title. if USCIS is taking out fy 2009 approved cases and denying them... & the way US job rate is, what are my chances i'll get h1 again?
