If H1B gets rejected after RFE response was sent, how do i get the pending wages from employer if he refuses to pay?
Basicaly i dont have time so i need a quick response. How long does it take if i complain to DOL? Is a law suit a better option?
I have about 2 months of pending wages? Can the employer cut the H1B fee from my wages since it got rejected?
Any suggestions on how to handle this is greatly appreciated.
