Hi all,
I entered the US on a H1, then got a F-1 approval, now I have a H1 again (1-797). I have recently become a Landed Immigrant in Canada and am landing on July 02.
I have an appointment on July 03. My problem is that I do not have my MS degree that I was pursuing while I was on F1. I have a letter of Completion and graduation approval and my transcripts (the actual degree will be available in December). I have all documents from my employers including paystubs..etc.
Will I face any problems at the consulate?? My F-1 was denied 2 years ago (221g) and at that time my H1 visa that I came on was also "Cancelled without Prejudice"..
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Louis
