Hi All,
I came to United States on August, 2003 on student's visa. I took
transfer from one university to another and then finally got my H1B on
Oct 2004 thru a consulting company based on my bachelors degree.

Since then, I was on bench from Oct 2004 to February 2005 and hence
didn't get paid during that time period. Also I didnt get my W2 for
year 2004 from my employer.

In year 2005 I was on bench for two months(January and April). Except
these two months I have all the paystubs for year 2005. I will also be
getting W2 for year 2005.

I am going for H1-B visa stamping at Mexico next month.

Can I get problem with following issues?
1. I dont have W2 for year 2004
2. Numbers in W2 of year 2005 will not match my total of 12 month pay
stubs. (As I have 10 month paystubs)
3. I got my H1B without completing my masters.

I will really appreciate any help in this regard.

Thanks,

HI ALL,
I have done my MBA recently in USA. my undergraduation is in Electrical engg from india. A consulting company is willing to file for my H1B for oct'2006. My question is ,is there any risk of getting rejected if the employer files as BUSINESS ANALYST/PROGRAMMER because i did MBA but not CS?
is it recoommended that i just apply based on my EE(BACHELORS) because i have done 6 CS releted courses in that? or the INS requires my MBA too bacause i have already started my OPT? what are my chances for better acceptance?

please give your valuable guidelines.
