H1 B Visa Stamping and DS-156 Form Questions

Hi,

I am going for H1b Visa Stamping to Chennai next month(02/14/2011), I am presently working as a full time employee with a company(X) and in my H1b Approval Notice, The approval dates are

12/14/2008 to 12/14/2011.

Here is my question,

for DS-156 form, for Question No 26 "How Long Do you Intend to stay in US?"

What Shall I answer?

is it 10 months?

or

3 years?

Please advise me on this.
