1'st Employer:
H1B Approved with Validity from 01/16/2007 to 09/30/2009
2'nd Employer:
H1B Approved with Validity from 06/11/2009 to 04/26/2012
3'rd Employer:
H1B approved with Validity from 01/06/11 to 04/23/12
I landed in US on May'2007 and been outside the country for nearly 4 - 5 months.
Since I landed on May'07, my 6 year period starts on that date.
Question is: if that is the case, Shall I calculate my 6 year period of stay in US is from May'07 to May'13?
How can I apply for extension with my out of country dates?
Is there any condition is there like before this many months we needed to apply for extension. By the way, till now I didn't initiate my GC processing.
