H1 B Stamping - DS 156 question

Hi,
I have to land in Canada as a PR very soon. But my H1B visa has expired. I have taken an appointment at the Ottawa US consulate for H1 B visa stamping. My question is, in the DS-156 form in the Home Address, should I give my landed address in Canada or my home address in USA? Can somebody please help me?
 
If you are going to go for the stamping before landing, give U.S. address, otherwise they will most certainly ask to show PR card.
 
H1 Revalidate Visa and Canadian PR

Can anyone help me or share your experience if you are in this situation:

I have canadian PR and currently in US. I want to renew H1 Visa.

1. To renew my visa should I choose Canada or Mexico.
2. If I choose Canada:I will be entering Canada on PR. Will I face any problem in getting visa on passport and come back to US.
3. Will my candian PR be affected, if I get my H1 visa renewed from canada.

I have Canadian PR and currently on H1 in US. I want to revalidate H1 visa. I got my visa stampling from India twice, at that point I gave US address

Which address I should give on DS-156 for Current residence, US or Canada ?

Which address I should give on DS-156 for Country on Residence. I guess since I am Citizen of India and my permanent address in Passport is that of India, I am planning to give India Address.
