H!b extention 2009 july09 ending

Hello,

I came thru company A after couple of months I transfered to Company B. I am currently with COmpany B and my H1 valid thry 15JUL09. My Employer applied for my H1B extention on May 09.

I have project in my hand till July 30th 2009, It may extend.

Question is Can I stay here in USA while my H1B extention applied, My all ID's (License, car registration) are valid till 15 July 2009.

I can not transfer my H1B to other company as well since my H1B is valid till the same date.

Please suggest how would I proceed? any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
