I would like to know about anyone's experience with the H-2B visa.
I have a stepson (living in Canda, working April-November as a roofer and roofing supervisor) that would like to legally work from January-March in Florida. He can demonstrate ties to Canada (i.e. seasonal job, and he owns a house).
Is it possible for him to come work in Florida if he had a job offer, and would it easy for him and the employer?
