H-1 Transfer

Hi there:

I am a new member and was hoping if someone could answer my question which is:

If I start working in a non-profit institution such as a hospital and get a H-1 (since it is an exempt category). Can I use that H-1 to transfer to a for-profit institution such as Walmart or Walgreens? Does USCIS place any restrictions on this transfer?

I will appreciate if somebody who had any such experience could answer this question.

H1B from Non profit or exempt catagory and non-exempt catagory/regular are two different things, and thefore, they cannot be transfered.
