H-1 transfer question- urgent

Hello all:

My friend got her H-1 (OPT to H1) with a consulting company beginning Oct. 1,2004. Unfortunately, while the H-1 was in processing the project ended in September. However, the company kept the H-1 as they were looking for another project, but no salary during this time. She has no pay checks for October and November.

Now, another consulting company is willing to transfer H-1. What are the problems in transferring H-1? What are the options? Thanks a lot.

--- She needs recent 2-3 pay stubs for H1 transfer

What are the options?
------ she should request new consulting company that they pay her wages to employer A that holds her H1 and then A will pay her for 2 months and she will have pay stubs from A. once she gets pay stubs from A then she can file H1 transfer through new employer
