H-1 Transfer Premium and Regular Processing Times

What are the current processing times (premium and regular) for H-1B transfers? Can someone who did a H-1B transfer recently share their experience?

I have to visit India in about 6 weeks and need to decide if I should start my H-1B transfer application only after I come back.

Employer is ready to do premium processing.

Please advice.
