Hi Guys,

My EDD has cleared but I am not able to find the case number for federal. If any one knows how to check the status for federal labor certification without knowing case number ,please update me.

My PD is June 26th,2001. Do u know how to find status of my federal status as my company does not provide me the case number.

You can send the email to LCSTATUS09@doleta.gov with your employer\'s

tax_id in the format :

Tax ID 11-2222222

You can find the tax-id in your W-2 form.
Then, out of the list that you receive try to find
the case that matches your salary.

This case pertains to one of my friend. As you said gc_aspirant he emailed it and got an email saying that the format of the mail has to be Case and then in the next line Tax ID of the Employer. I do have the Tax ID but I don\'t have case number. Is it right that case number gets changed from EDD to DOL. Please help me.
 
Either one is fine

If you know the case number, then use case number.
If you do not know the Case number and know the
employee tax-id, then use that.

It is not necessary to have both known.

Hi gc_aspirant thanks for your help. Unfortunately we haven\'t received any information. The format of email was as you had suggested i.e. Case ID XX-XXXX..... Any idea. Please help as Babloo1 is getting very desperate.
