when did your lawyer actually sent out the 485 application.
I am trying to know how long INS is taking to generate and send the 485 receipt notice.

Received 485 receipt on 25thApr 2002 and nothing else since

I see that several people who have applied around the same time have received FP, AP etc. When can I expect these from CSC..

All,

I see different RD and MD in different INS forms. Hoping the RD and MD on the 485 petiton form is the one we should look for, here\'s my 485 receipt info.

MD: 05/30/2002
RD: 06/06/2002
ND: 06/11/2002
FP: 07/13/2002

WAC#: WAC-02-204-XXXXX
FP location: San Jose
Planning to extent my FP date.

just some info

noticed that u have fp appt for 7/13...once you rcv a FP appt notice, you can walk in & get ur FP done right away, in case u didnt know abt it...
