Approved & Stamping Done

Hi,

My case was approved and finished stamping at San Jose INS.

Approved on 05/10/02
Rcvd Approval Notice on 05/15/02
Stamping Done at SJ on 05/21/02

I am much releived now. Thanks for all your help and support.
I wish all of you good luck on this board and hope yours get approved too.

Larry\'s Boy got reply for the fax inquiry

This is the INS reply received by the attorney:

The application petition is not outside current processing time. Cases are adjudicated in the order received. Currently, we are adjudicating cases with receipt dates of 04/01/01. Do not call or send additional inquiries until 30 days after the date published on the JIT report. Your cooperation and assistance are appreciated.

Inquiry was faxed on May 16. My RD is 4/10/01. Attorney got the fax today. New JIT was published on 5/25/02 - so I guess I need to wait one more month before faxing again.
 
I485 is approval. And apply for wife\'s I485

After 3 days of my wife arrival in USA, my I485 was approved in April. Then I applied my wife I-485.
Lawyer said there are no any problem for my wife I485 application whenever the merriage happen before my i485 approval and she has a valid visa. Now, we have received my wife\'s AP

still waiting.....wac -01-268-xxxxx .. its a loooong wait.
 
485 approved to my wife too

After RFE for Medical Report, 485 is approved for my wife on May 16th.
Received RFE on March 1st, Responded on April 1st. Got approved on May 16th.
 
PCee: my case was transferred to Honolulu INS on June 23rd per AVM.

What a bad luck! no things have gone well by far.

Wac-01-262-5xxx in the June list

Start another endless waiting now.
