I have applied for my I-i40 got it approved in Sep of 2002. I had family emergencies and had to go to India as wife's health was not good. I have been in India till July 2003 came back to give fingerprints and went back to India and now am planning to come back to USA. I have been doing projects for my employer while in India. Now, what would be my green card processing situation?
