Green Card with incorrect dates

I applied for a I-485 through marriage in 09/014/2016 and received my green card on 10/26/2017 but both dated ("Valid From" and "expiration date") were incorrect. I submitted a form I-90 on 12/10 2017. My case was re-opened 02/08/2018 and I had to go to Phoenix to have another Biometrics taken. On 09/12/2018 we received an email from USCIS stating that my case was being transferred to the Potomac Service center. We live in Arizona. How long does a simple correction on a green card take? It's been over 7 months since we tried to get this corrected? Should I be worried? Thank you, Natalia

Replacement GC is taking about 11 to 13 months, so your processing timeline is still in order.

Thanks I appreciate the reply. On 08/10/2018 I went to Phoenix for my Biometrics and had my passport stamped I-551 so that I could travel. It expires 1/2019. When I returned to the US after traveling to my home country on 8/25/2018 the USCIS at Los Angeles accused me of using a fraudulent stamp in my passport. They held me one hour until they let me go. They wouldn't let me use my cell phone to call my husband who was waiting at luggage claim and was concerned. I was scared to death. What a mess. That's why I'm leery of this Department.

It's CBP that reviews entry documents at US airports, not USCIS.

You're mistaken about CBP accusing you of fraud or holding you against your will. What happens in circumstances like this is if the CBP officer at a initial kiosk (Primary) needs to have a deeper look at something (stamps and paper documents are easy to forge), they escort pax to Secondary to not hold the others in line behind. At Secondary, CBP verifies the authenticity of documents such as i551 stamps or i751 extn letters, etc.

Until officially admitted/paroled into the US, use of cell phones is prohibited.
