I have a question pertaining to the family-based Green Card Visa. I am a permanent resident and I would like to bring my daughter to the U.S. from Cuba. She is not married but has a child. I would like to know if I can petition my daughter and her son to the U.S. to become permanent residents? If in fact I can petition her and her son, what will I need to do other than file an I-30 inorder to accomplish this task at hand. Responses will be greatly apprciated!!!
