Green Card through Marriage or Cuban Adjustment Act?

Hi everyone,

I am a Cuban native that moved to the Netherlands at young age. I have been in the US (Chicago Area) for about 5 years with an E2 visa from the Netherlands and have been married with a US citizen for 1 year.

I am currently debating whether I should apply for my green card through marriage or the Cuban Adjustment Act. My work requires me to be flying to Europe regularly. As a result, my number #1 criteria for deciding what route to take is the processing time for the Advance Parole (Travel Document).

Would there be a difference in processing time between the options? If there is no difference, the application through the Cuban Adjustment Act is cheaper as it doesn't require filing an I-130. Also, the green card would be permanent right away and not conditional for 2 years as it is through marriage.

Many thanks for your help!
