Green Card Opinion - reg

My name is Srini. I was working from 2012-2020 in H1b with I-140 approved. IN 2020 after H1b expired, my company moved my payroll to Canada and working with the same company from Canada. My Priority date is 30-Jul-2015 in EB2. I am a Canadian citizen also but born in India. Now, I am hearing about the priority date movement and expecting it will move significantly in Oct 2021. I also had L1 Visa between 2008-2011 and worked for a different company.

Under the above circumstances, what actions should I take to get the green card?

Please advise.
