Hello
I sponsored my dad for a green card. The I-130 application was approved and I am currently preparing to file the Affidavit for financial sponsoring and the immigration visa application.
Among the civil document needed, they are asking for his birth certificate. We cannot get one. I have two questions
1- what I have to do in this case ?
2- Can I submit an alternative document ? if yes what type of document ?
