Dear Sir/Ma,
My I-485 and I-130 was denied by USCIS, but I have submitted an appeal. I intend to submit a fresh application ( start all over). Kindly, let me know if I can re-apply while my appeal is pending or if I should wait till I receive USCIS final decision on my appeal.
Secondly, is my social security and A-number still valid for my new application (re-apply)?
Thirdly, I don't wed my ex-wife officially, we just lived together for years and had children together. I want to know if it necessary to state any date of marriage? Also, I can't remember her date of birth properly, is it compulsory to state her date of birth?
Please, let me know your legal fee.
Thanks.
