Hi Everybody,
I had a question about the sponsorship of a spouse if she is in India and the husband has a green card, is
there anyway she can get a visa based on her husband\'s Green card in India? Do you know of any other similar
issues involved with this, since I heard from someone that if you are a green card holder then the wife can easily
get a visa based on the husband\'s green card in India, which is really hard to believe......does anyone if this is true?
I would really appreciate any insights on this.
