Filed for 140 and 485 06/2005 with labor substitution 2001
First finger print 07/2005
140 approval 10/2005.
1st EAD 01/2006 ( Filed on my own)
2nd EAD 10/2006 ( Filed on my own)
2nd Finger Print Notice 03/2007
03/27/2007 485 Approval Emails.
In between, inquired about the status and got the background check message.

I wish you all their Green Cards soon.

did u do anything to clear ur namecheck? like did u contacted people, senators, white house...? or ur name check got cleared by itself?

My PD is around May 2001 ( I never had a copy of the labor cert.)

I never contacted any one regarding my NameCheck/Background.
This forum has supported me a lot. Every time I was pissed off with something, I come here read and relaxed a little, along with incredible support from my wife. I thank her and you all for being so nice.

23/3/07- Card pro. order
26/3/07 Approval notice sent

should I be waititng for the Card Mailed, before i get the card????

Mar 26, 2007 10:45 PM Current Status: Card production ordered. ( 2 emails)
Mar 27, 2007 8:31 AM Current Status: Approval notice sent. (3 emails)

Me too, however I heard the "Notice Sent" email is for something called I-797 not the actual plastic card !!! I am confused, why sent an approval notice while they can actually send the REAL CARD???

I got an email mentioning - Current Status: Card Mailed on the 27th March, I am not sure if it will be mailed to my Lawyer or myself directly.
