Got NOF, Please Help!

Hi,

My lawyer just informed me that they just received a NOF from Philly DOL for my case. The issue is prevailing wage. There was a $5000 gap between my annual salary and what was determined by DOL. I am working at a university, people don't get high pays from universities. Does anybody know how to solve this kind of problem?

Pay raise is the safest bet, or you can fight with an independent survey or try change your catagory.
