got expedite inquiry letter - what does this mean ?

hi Veeru

My -485 Han been approved on 04/15/2005. I don't bother about expedite request now.....
I send the expedite request fax to uscis today. Let me see what happens.

Fbi got back a response saying that name check completed on 05/07/03.
I-485 approved date ??????? ad :04/15/2005
