Hello All.
I finally got GC Approval.
I used AC21 - EB2
PD 12/99
140 (VSC) APPROVED (after rfe) 2/03
485 (vsc) filed 9/02
got 2 EAD , 1 iead (Iead got at NYC local office 7/16/04) 16 days before relocating to Missouri.
Did AR -11 ; Then case transferred from VSC to NYC on 9/25/04 to conduct interview.
lawyer wrote a letter reuesting transfer to Kansas city local office.
Interview date 1/24/05.
Lady asked for emplyment verification letter - that is all. No Passport stamping done that day ( said supervisor would need to look at file).
Received approval letter dated 2/9/05; welcome letter from NSC dater 2/17/05.
Going for PP stamping 3/1/05 .
i am going to visit family after 11 years in India.
What documents should i take?
